Adapter Five features a Lemo Female FXW chassis connector on one side and a LC Duplex connector on the other side.
With the adapter, you can connect the Lemo Male cable connector of an SMPTE 311M/304 cable, typically covered by a green gaiter, to a standard LC Duplex connector.
Need only the fiber connection?
Adapter Five enables seamless transmission
of fiber optic signals. No electronics are involved. It simply
routes the fiber optical signal—power lines are not used—making it
ideal for applications where only the fiber connection is required.
Adapting SMPTE hybrid cables to standard fiber not only reduces
cabling costs and extends transmission distance but
also opens the door to a broader range of applications.

- Features a Lemo Female FXW chassis connector on one side, and an LC Duplex connector on the other side.
- The adapter accepts the Female FXW connector (red gaiter) of an SMPTE 311M/304 hybrid cable, and connects to standard LC Duplex cable, making it possible to use the more expensive SMPTE 311M/304 hybrid cable in relatively low cost fiber optic infrastructure environments.
- Enclosure contains 1/4″-20 round screw plate to mount on tripod, rig, arm etc.
